1-2 Weeks Prior to Class

Your sauerkraut kit will arrive in the mail.

​All you will need to purchase is a small cabbage!

Morning of the Class

You will receive a reminder to have all of your supplies ready to go.

By the End of Class

Chop, salt, let sit for 15 minutes, then squeeze and pack. It is such a simple process. After 5-10 days, you will have delicious, tangy, homemade sauerkraut ready to go.​
