These macaroons are relatively quick and simple to make, & chewy and delicious to boot!
They are very mildly sweet, which I really enjoyed. That being said, if your family prefers something a little sweeter, you can always use sweetened coconut, instead of unsweetened.
Keep in mind, the chocolate adds a bit more sweetness, depending on what type you use.
I used dark chocolate (my #1 guilty pleasure) and they were absolutely phenomenal.
