These are a fun treat when you need a portable breakfast option. I make these at least once/month for my kids and store them in the freezer for busy mornings. They are gluten free (not grain free!) and the only sweetener is bananas and whatever you add as a mix in (my kids love dried cranberries).
Preheat the oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mash the banana with the nut butter until well blended. Add the oats, cinnamon, & sea salt.
Fold in the raisins (or chocolate chips/cranberries).
Drop large spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake 15 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.
