Ok, I thought the "Caesar" picture was hilarious.
Although to be fair, my sense of humor may be a bit off because its 7:17am, my 1yo just pulled an all-nighter, and I'm already on my third cup of coffee.

Anyway...I love crazy fast prep times, don't you? This Caesar chicken recipe came together in just 4 minutes and 4 seconds. And when you are ready to eat it, you just defrost and dump onto a sheet pan.
Really simple, really flexible, and really yummy.
You can use any type of chicken meat you prefer. Normally we prefer boneless chicken thighs, but I used legs in this recipe (there was a crazy good sale this week). You can also change up the veggies if you prefer something else. Make it yours!
