SLOW COOKER: Cook on low for 4-6 hours if defrosted, or on low for 8-10 hours if frozen.
STOVE/OVEN: Defrost completely and preheat a large, heavy skillet to medium-high heat. Add the contents of the bag and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are soft and sauce begins to thicken.
If desired, thicken slightly with 1-2 tbsp each water & flour of choice. Serve with a side salad.
