This one is quick to prep and quick to cook. Its goes well over a salad, over rice, over coleslaw, or as a taco/lettuce wrap. I served it in cassava tortillas with coleslaw and my family absolutely loved them!
SLOW COOKER: DON’T!
STOVE: Defrost fully. Heat a skillet over high heat and add a drizzle of oil.. Add contents of the bag to the skillet & stir fry for 12-15 minutes, or till shrimp is cooked through.
Serve over regular or cauliflower rice
