This is one of those 2 minute desserts for when you need a quick treat.
It is grain free, dairy free, and delicious. Perfect to eat while taking a bubble bath.
Or for when you just need to lock yourself in a closet so no one will talk to/at you for 5 minutes.

You can play around with the flour/liquid/fat combo if you prefer different flavors. I use whatever I have on hand, although the recipe below is my favorite texture.
Almond, cassava, and tiger-nut flours all work fine. Coconut flour is too dry.
Olive oil, coconut oil, melted nut butter, and avocado oil all work well, although you want to make sure you use a really mild olive oil.
Any type of milk or leftover coffee work to replace the water.
I also add chopped nuts occasionally.
Have fun and make it yours!
Combine in a coffee mug and mix well. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. Let cool before serving.
