Need a banana muffin mug recipe? Give this one a try!

You can change up what you add in, based on your preferences. I LOVE both the blueberries and chopped nuts. Sometimes I add both.

I'm honestly not a huge fan of chocolate chips in banana bread, but I know alot of people like that combo, so I left it. Just make sure you check the ingredient label for your chocolate chips. Many brands have all the funky stuff added. Lily's and Trader Joes both have really clean chocolate chips.

Single serve Banana Muffin recipe

  • ​1 egg
  • ​1/2 mashed banana
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • ​Pinch of salt
  • ​1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • ​1 tbsp blueberries, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips

Whisk the egg in a large coffee mug.

Add the banana and mix well.

Add the almond flour, salt, & cinnamon and mix just till combined.

Fold in the blueberries, nuts, or chocolate chips.

Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. Check for doneness, and if necessary, microwave for another 30-60 seconds.
