I love Asian food, and if it comes together in less than 5 minutes, I love it even more.
I highly recommend using chicken thighs for this recipe, especially if you plan to make it in a slow cooker. Chicken thighs are way more forgiving and won't dry out if you cook them 2 minutes too long.
You can absolutely skip the sriracha and red pepper flakes if your family doesn't like spicy foods. Or you can add more if your family loves heat!
