I love "mug" recipes. I make them at least 2-3 times/week. These are my favorite treat after the kids go to bed. A warm treat on a cold night is just the best. Especially when its loaded with chocolate.
Even better, these are grain free, dairy free. They do have some sugar, but an occasional treat is ok!
Step 1: Combine everything in a microwave safe mug
Step 2: Mix well and scrape down the sides.
Step 3: Microwave on high for 60 seconds
Step 4: Let cool a bit and enjoy!
