My husband is not a huge fan of ranch or dill, so I ended up making this as a lunch for me and the kids. And they actually loved it! Which is a huge win, because pork chops are usually a "please take 3 bites" food for us.
And they only take 2 minutes and 8 seconds to prep, so that's a perk...
