Raspberry Chia pudding

Per serving: 422 calories, 43g carbs, 20g fat, 19g protein, 16g fiber

  • 2 tbsp quick oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 scoops collagen protein (I like Trader Joes)
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries

Combine everything in a jar with a lid, shake a bit, then refrigerate overnight. Make 5-6 at once to get you through the week.
